I have deployed my project through Heroku, but cannot load to launch the session. The page gets stuck at 'Please wait, creating session.' forever. Any ideas?

Disclosure: I'm Raymond, I built TreeHost — so factor that in, but I've seen this exact issue.

The "creating session" hang on Heroku is almost always a worker process problem. oTree needs both a web dyno and a worker dyno running - if the worker isn't up, session creation queues forever and never completes. Check your Heroku dashboard under Resources and confirm you have a worker dyno active (not just the web one). If you're on a free or eco dyno plan, workers may have been scaled to zero.
