I am running into a problem when resetting the database on oTree Hub, which I don't experience when I test the app locally on my computer. Does anyone know what's the issue and how to solve it?

 It seems you are using a package called glob2, which is not installed on heroku. you need to add it to your requirements.txt so that Heroku knows to install it.
 
Or if glob2 is not necessary, you should delete the code that uses it.
